MAN CAMP - March 2-4

Men of Grace, we want to invite you out to Camp Tapawingo to experience this year's Man Camp. It is a great time of connecting with other men, building relationships, hearing from God's Word, and worshiping our awesome God. The dates are March 2-4. The early-bird deadline is February 15 at noon ($79.00) and the late deadline is February 26 ($99.00). There are scholarships available for those in need. Grief Release ~ Starts March 6

Have you or someone you know suffered a loss through:
  • Financial reversal?
  • Death?
  • Divorce?
  • Losing your home?
  • ...any other kind of emotional trauma?
Grace Community Church will be offering a workshop called “Grief Release.” This five week workshop will help you with content and a process to help you work through your grief. Loss means grief, but grief doesn't have to go on forever.

Joanne Petrie, an internationally renowned grief and loss counselor, will walk you through the process. The workshop includes:
  • Video sessions
  • A workbook
  • Sharing with and support of others who are grieving.
  • A caring and confidential environment where you can share your feelings, cry, laugh and learn to heal.
The workshop will be facilitated by Tom and Jill Waugh.

Cost for the workshop is $10 to cover materials. The workshop will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30 PM. Workshop begins on March 6th and will meet weekly until April 3rd in the GCC Conference Room.

Sports Camp March 26-28

 
For kids Kindergarten- 5th Grade. It runs Monday-Wednesday of Spring Break from 8:30am-12:00pm.  Kids choose between soccer, volleyball, dance, basketball, and baseball/softball to play for the full camp. Held at LaCreole Middle School. Cost is $20 per child. Cost includes t-shirt (if registered by March 16th), snacks, and supplies.
